Medicare Rebates – If referred under a Mental Health Care Plan you will be eligible for a part refund through Medicare.
We are pleased to offer Medicare easy claim so your refund will be deposited directly in to your nominated account .

Private Health Insurance – Many private health funds offer rebates for psychological services.
Please check with your private health insurance provider to see if you are eligible to claim for psychological services.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to 12noon the day before the appt	NO FEE
Cancellation between 12noon and 5pm the day before the appt	$100 fee applies
Cancellation after close of business or failure to attend on the day	FULL FEE APPLIES
